Software Workflow and Automation Support Specialist

This dynamic person will work with our Next Level Solutions TEAM to tackle automation for our customers. 

Requirements:

• Must possess a current valid driver’s license 


• College Graduate


• Computer and Networking Knowledge.  Mandatory – Excel, Access, Database.


• Ability to manage time and stay on task while following a delivery schedule


• Ability to work with a team and work directly with customers.

Essential Functions:

• Learn TLG’s software solutions – Docuware, BambooHR, Kofax, Office 365, Docusign, etc.


• Install configure and customize software to tackle hot spots and automation needs of customers. 


• Analyze workflow of businesses documenting and flow charting the processes


• Account for time on projects


• Communicate effectively with all parties involved to ensure representing TLG in a professional manner


• Any other duties assigned by management
