Job Description - Sole Engineer - 40m Private Yacht

Seeking an experienced Sole Engineer for a 40m Westport.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a program with a great American owner and a professional crew of 7. The yacht operates heavily throughout South Florida and the Bahamas and is based year -round in Fort Lauderdale.

Ideal candidates will have a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and great energy. Great opportunity for candidates with ties to South Florida!

Requirements

Ideally holds AEC 1 & 2 or Y4 certification; however, proven longevity and relevant experience will be prioritized
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Must have experience in similar sized vessels with strong references
All documents up to date
Must speak English to a high standard
Must be willing to comply to a criminal background check prior to employment
Shared Cabin with 1st Mate.
