Solution Architect

We are seeking a self-driven Solution Architect with proven T-Mobile project experience to join our dynamic team. This role requires deep familiarity with T-Mobile systems and terminology such as TFB, BAN, MSISDN, etc., as ramp-up time is minimal and team members are expected to hit the ground running.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of work items shared  and independently drive them across cross-functional teams.
  


• Design and develop scalable and efficient architecture aligned with T-Mobile's current systems.
  


• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment with business and technical objectives.
  


• Contribute to solutioning discussions, ensuring feasibility within T-Mobile’s current tech stack.
  


• Communicate architecture decisions, technical concepts, and trade-offs effectively.
  

Required Skills & Experience:

• Mandatory prior experience working on T-Mobile systems—no ramp-up or handholding on fundamentals.
  


• Deep understanding of T-Mobile-specific terminology and systems (e.g., TFB, BAN, MSISDN).
  


• Strong architectural knowledge in modern enterprise solutions using:
  




• Java
  


• Angular
  


• Basic understanding of Salesforce
  




• Experience designing solutions in environments with distributed systems and complex data flows.
  


• Ability to work autonomously and collaborate effectively with minimal supervision.
