Overview 
The Solution Consultant is a strategic partner to support our customers and sales teams in the early stages of the sales process by solving a broad set of business and technical activities. This proactive role focuses on aligning product capabilities with customer business goals to drive measurable value for the customer and to provide feedback to product management.  
Working closely with the sales team, this role is pivotal to shaping our customer onboarding process within a tech-centric company that combines a startup atmosphere in Denver with the stability of a proven product and solid financial backing.  
 
Key responsibilities 

• Generate product presentations and provide tailored demonstrations of the product to customers, drawing on extensive feature expertise.  
• Create and deliver visually engaging business documents that highlight think-cell’s solution, its benefits, and how it can be integrated for clients.
• Facilitate the onboarding process of new customers to ensure a customized user experience and to ensure think-cell is successfully used across their organization.
• Provide valuable feedback to product management for product improvements and future roadmap planning based on customer insights and use cases. 

• Bachelor's Degree with 5+ years of professional experience, or equivalent combination of education and 
  work history. 
• 3-5 years of experience in consulting, business advisory or research/graphics unit of consultancy
• Skilled at developing captivating PowerPoint presentations.
• IT affinity and ability to understand technical aspects of our products and how they can be integrated with customer systems. 
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of simplifying complex concepts for both 
  technical and non-technical stakeholders. 
• Problem-solving ability to identify, analyze, and resolve issues effectively. 
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken. 
• Primarily an office culture with 3 days in Denver in the office and 2 days from home.
