Sous Chef

What You'll Do

• Support our Chef in all daily kitchen operations
• Lead, coach, and motivate the BOH team during service
• Ensure consistent food quality, plating, and execution
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards
• Assist with ordering, inventory, and food cost control
• Jump on the line when needed and lead by example

Compensation and Benefits:

• Competitive starting salary of $75,000 - $80,000

• 2+ years of experience in a high-volume kitchen (lead or sous chef experience preferred)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Passion for scratch cooking and quality ingredients
• Ability to stay calm, focused, and positive under pressure
• Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
• A team-first mindset with a desire to grow
