Responsibilities:

• Assist the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations.
• Prepare and cook menu items with a focus on quality and presentation.
• Ensure kitchen cleanliness and adherence to food safety standards.
• Train and mentor kitchen staff to enhance their skills.
• Collaborate with the team to create new and exciting menu items.

Requirements:

• Experience in a kitchen environment preferred.
• Weekend/night availability is a must.
• Passion for food and a desire to learn.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
