Full-time; Tuesday-Saturday 11:00am - 7:30pm
Starting wage: $22-26/hr. depending on experience.

Implement dietary and food service policies and procedures to meet the resident dietary needs and preferences.
Manage the dietary staff in pursuit of excellence in food and service quality and resident satisfaction.
Work with administration and all interdisciplinary terms to provide a high level of service to the residents.
Assure compliance with all regulatory standards.
Remain knowledgeable at all times with regards to Health Department codes for sanitation and food preparation.
Ensure cleanliness and safety in all dietary areas of the building.
Demonstrate proper equipment use, handling, care and safety.
If applicable, assist with ordering food, supplies, and managing invoices.
Experience:
ServSafe Manager Training required.
CDM/CFPP Certification preferred.
Highschool diploma or GED required.
Experience in front of house management in medium to high volume restaurant preferred.
Knowledge of proper cooking temperatures and critical control points in food preparation required.
Skills:
Nutritional knowledge.
Menu planning & food preparation.
Sanitation & safety standards, especially in regard to cutlery.
Communication.
Multi-tasking.
