At ABEC, we're looking for a Regional Sales Manager to accelerate the growth of our CSR Single-Use Systems business.  In this role, you'll be at the forefront of innovation, partnering with leading biopharmaceutical, vaccine, and cell and gene therapy companies to deliver world-class solutions that support life-changing therapies around the globe.

What You'll Do:

As the Regional Sales Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout your territory, helping them identify and implement cutting-edge single-use bioprocess solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and expand market share for ABEC's CSR product portfolio.
• Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities with biopharmaceutical, vaccine, and advanced therapy organizations.
• Strengthen and expand relationships with existing customers by delivering exceptional support and responsiveness.
• Work closely with Product Management, Applications, and Business Development teams to craft tailored solutions that meet customer needs.
• Lead technical and commercial discussions, presentations, and proposals that demonstrate the value of ABEC's technology.
• Represent ABEC at industry conferences, trade shows, and customer events to build brand awareness and generate new opportunities.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, call reports, and market intelligence.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align account strategies and ensure successful customer outcomes.
• Consistently meet and exceed sales activity and revenue targets.
• Champion Continuous Improvement initiatives and contribute to operational excellence throughout the organization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of successful consultative sales experience within bioprocessing technologies, single-use systems, capital equipment, or biotechnology/pharmaceutical manufacturing
• Strong understanding of biopharmaceutical manufacturing processes, particularly single-use bioreactors, mixing systems, or disposable process technologies
• Ability to engage and influence stakeholders across operations, engineering, quality, procurement, and executive leadership teams.
• Outstanding communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience managing opportunities and sales pipelines through a CRM system.
• Highly motivated, self-driven, and comfortable working independently.
• Willingness to travel extensively throughout the assigned Mid-Atlantic territory (60-75%).
