Pay Range: $11.00/HR

Job Summary:

The Spa Attendant supports daily spa operations by maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for guests. This role plays a key part in ensuring operational efficiency and enhancing the overall guest experience through attention to detail and consistent service support.

Essential Functions and Duties:

• Assist with treatment room setup, ensuring all areas are properly prepared for scheduled services.
• Manage laundry operations, including washing, folding, and restocking linens, robes, and towels.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of locker rooms, relaxation areas, and back-of-house spa spaces.
• Restock supplies, amenities, and operational materials throughout the day to support service delivery.
• Support therapists and spa team members with operational needs to ensure efficient workflow.
• Provide courteous assistance to guests within spa and locker room areas.
• Monitor guest areas to ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment at all times.
• Support opening and closing procedures to ensure operational readiness.
• Identify and report maintenance or supply needs to leadership in a timely manner.
• Follow all company standards, safety protocols, and cleanliness guidelines.
• Maintain organization of storage areas and ensure proper inventory levels of supplies.

Required Experience, Education, and Skills:

• Prior experience in hospitality, housekeeping, or service support roles preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness and organization.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with guests and team members.
• Strong time management and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Dependable with a strong work ethic and commitment to reliability.
• Ability to follow directions and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts as needed.

Work Environment:

• Spa environment with frequent movement between guest-facing and back-of-house areas.
• Requires standing, walking, bending, and lifting items such as linens and supplies.
• May involve exposure to varying temperatures and humidity levels typical of spa environments.
• Schedule will vary based on business needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Regular use of cleaning equipment, laundry machines, and basic operational tools.
