Job Description - Spa Attendant

Knowledgeable about all Spa service treatments offered seasonal treatment promotions

Understands the basics of the spa menu and products in order to communicate knowledgably with guests

Having excellent working knowledge of all positions, services, products, operations, systems, and procedures within the spa/salon

To execute the standard of the Spa in the set-up of amenities and decor

Educates guests about individual skin care needs

Positive attitude, service passion, & attention to detail

Previous hospitality or customer service experience
