Spa Technician, Massage Therapist

  Perform a variety of massage modalities and body treatments in accordance with spa protocols and guest preferences.

  Conduct thorough guest consultations to assess needs, preferences, and any health considerations.

  Customize treatments while maintaining consistency with spa standards and brand expectations.

  
  


• 
  

  Create a calm, professional, and welcoming atmosphere that enhances the guest experience.

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain treatment rooms, equipment, and linens to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.

  
  


• 
  

  Adhere to all state licensing requirements, safety protocols, and sanitation regulations.

  
  


• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications: 

• A current, valid state massage therapy license recognized by the governing board of Michigan.


• Minimum of 800 hours of training at a recognized massage school.


• At least one year experience in an upscale spa operation.


• Ability to remain calm and organized in busy environment.


• Physically able to stand, bend, lean, and walk for up to 10 hours. Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds.


• Work varying shifts based on business needs, including holidays and weekends.
