Job Description - Space Mission Integrator

Space Mission Integrator

The Opportunity:

Space operations are evolving rapidly—new systems, mission needs, and intelligence requirements are emerging across our client community. We are looking for a mission integrator who can translate complex operational realities into structured, accurate, and actionable documentation while strengthening communication channels with our mission partners. The client needs an expert like you who can enhance information flow, maintain rigorous documentation standards, and ensure sustained, evidence-based engagement across the space enterprise.

As a Space Mission Integrator, you’ll apply your space operations expertise, analytic discipline, and stakeholder engagement skills to support the development, validation, and certification of client data. You’ll capture operational requirements, document system understanding, participate in technical and community discussions, and produce high-quality deliverables that reflect emerging mission trends and domain specific needs.

You’ll maintain structured relationships with client units, facilitate user working groups, document requirements without advocacy or prioritization, and support senior leader ready reporting on operational context, capability integration, risks, and mission relevant dependencies. Your work will directly strengthen our client's ability to support the space domain with accurate, validated, and clearly documented insights

This is your chance to deepen your expertise in space operations, structured analysis, data development workflows, and enterprise level coordination. You’ll help shape how the space community communicates its needs, how client data evolves, and how mission partners understand operational realities.

Join us. The world can’t wait.

You Have:

  • Experience supporting space operations, space intelligence, or space domain awareness missions

  • Experience as a Targeteer or Joint Targeting Analyst

  • Experience documenting technical workflows, operational requirements, or system understanding

  • Experience engaging stakeholders, including operational and intelligence units

  • Ability to facilitate discussions, capture inputs, produce structured and factual documentation, and maintain routine coordination across mission partners

  • Ability to develop summaries, trackers, analysis logs, and senior leader ready reporting

  • Ability to support validation, verification, and accreditation related documentation

  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time

  • TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph

  • Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience in space operations, intelligence, or analysis, or 7+ years of experience in space operations, intelligence, or analysis in lieu of a degree

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience creating agendas, meeting materials, action item trackers, or engagement summaries

  • Experience briefing senior leaders or supporting cross organizational working groups

  • Knowledge of effects modeling frameworks, system design, or risk documentation

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
