Pay: $20–$25/hour (based on performance & reliability)

Schedule: Part-time to Full-time | Primarily weekdays

Location: San Diego County (travel between job sites required)

What You’ll Do

• 
  

  Perform residential and move-out cleanings

  
  


• 
  

  Handle short-term rental (Airbnb) turnovers

  
  


• 
  

  Clean kitchens, bathrooms, floors, and surfaces with attention to detail

  
  


• 
  

  Follow SD Sparkle cleaning systems and checklists

  
  


• 
  

  Work independently or with a small team

  Physically able to handle several hours of cleaning

  Comfortable working in both occupied and vacant homes

  Cleaning experience is a plus, but not required—we provide training
