Pay: $20–$25/hour (based on performance and reliability)
Schedule: Part-time to Full-time | Mostly weekdays
Service Area: San Diego County (travel between job sites required)

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Sparkle Technician, you’ll help create clean, welcoming spaces for homeowners and guests by handling tasks such as:

• Residential, deep, and move-out cleans

• Airbnb and short-term rental turnovers

• Detailed cleaning of kitchens, bathrooms, floors, and living spaces

• Following company checklists and quality standards

• Working independently or alongside a small, reliable team

What We’re Looking For

• Dependable and on time (this is very important to us)

• Strong eye for detail and pride in your work

• Physically able to clean for extended periods

• Comfortable cleaning both occupied and vacant homes

• Able to follow instructions and cleaning systems

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Previous cleaning experience is helpful, but not required — we provide training

Job Requirements

• Valid driver’s license

• Reliable vehicle for travel between jobs

• Smartphone for scheduling and communication

• Authorization to work in the U.S.
