The ALC is a therapeutic special education school for children facing educational, emotional, and behavioral challenges serving children in small class sizes with a maximum number of 80 children.

· Document student progress and communicate with parents (because teamwork extends beyond the classroom!).

· Work with outside providers to enhance the student’s learning experience.

What You Will Need:

• Initial/Permanent NYSED Special Education Teacher certification. 
• BA/MS Experience preferred.
