Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Special Education
• Valid Texas Special Education certification
• Experience teaching or supporting students with disabilities in a school setting
Responsibilities:
• Develop, implement, and regularly update measurable IEP goals, accommodations, and modifications aligned to TEKS standards and individual student needs.
• Deliver differentiated, evidence-based instruction in inclusive, resource, or self-contained settings to ensure access to the general education curriculum.
• Collect, analyze, and report student performance data to monitor progress toward IEP objectives and inform instructional adjustments.
• Collaborate proactively with general education teachers and multidisciplinary team members to ensure effective implementation of instructional strategies.
• Perform other nursing-related duties as assigned.
