We're hiring a full-time W-2 Special Education Teacher to provide K–12 school-based services for the 2026–2027 school year. Whether you're an experienced Special Edeucation Teacher or new to the field, you’ll be supported by a team that understands the real challenges and joys of this work-and is here to help you thrive.

Position Details

• Position: Special Education Teacher / Behavior Support Teacher


• Age Range: Elementary Teacher


• Start & End Date: August 2026 - June 2027


• Hours: 37.5 hours/week

Responsibilities

• Deliver specially designed instruction aligned with IEP goals


• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)


• Collaborate with general education teachers and support staff


• Maintain accurate documentation, progress monitoring, and compliance


• Adapt curriculum and materials to meet diverse learning needs


• Participate and lead IEP meetings and communicate regularly with families

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education


• Valid state teaching credential with appropriate Special Education endorsement


• Experience in school-based settings preferred


• Familiarity with IEP development and implementation


• Strong classroom management and differentiation skills


• Passion for inclusive education and supporting all learners
