• Track student progress through data collection and detailed reporting.
  


• Collaborate with general education teachers to support inclusive practices.
  


• Deliver individualized and small-group instruction aligned with student goals.
  


• Participate in IEP meetings, evaluations, and multidisciplinary team discussions.
  


• Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs in compliance with state and federal guidelines.
  


• Work closely with families, administrators, and related service providers to support student success.
  

Requirements

1. Knowledge of IDEA and IEP development.
   


2. Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
   


3. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education or a related field.
   


4. Valid Missouri teaching certificate with Special Education endorsement (or eligibility).
