We are looking for an experienced Safety and Compliance Specialist for our manufacturing facility in Spokane, Washington. The successful candidate will support the Spokane plant in meeting EHSQ targets, to ensure safe and environmentally responsible operations for our employees and the community. Maintain compliance with Federal, State, Municipal and Corporate regulations. Develop, implement, monitor and manage all health and safety, and quality procedures and programs to continuously improve operations. Support Environmental compliance work and initiatives. Work actively to support employees on day-to-day issues and provide training of employees as required.

The starting salary range for consideration for this position is $83,500 to $100,000 per year with opportunities for performance-based bonuses. The actual starting salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to relevant employment history & experience, skill set/competencies, qualifications, and other business and organizational needs. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package which includes health insurance, paid time off, life/disability insurance and a 401k retirement plan (which includes a company match).
