Specialist Onboarding And Licensing

Summary: Support client groups in the initial licensing process, renewal of exempt and non-exempt Team Members and all licensing upgrades. Assist in onboarding process and ensures compliance with tracking and reporting to PGCB. Liaison with PGCB to maintain consistent, communication at all times.

Essential Job Functions:

• Initiates, tracks, and distributes all PGCB licenses to Team Members and Management.


• Supports Human Resources in developing and training on user procedures, guidelines, and documentation.


• Works closely with the department management to enter, track and maintain team member and systems data required for supporting performance management.


• Coordinates the license and renewal process for Team Members in client services groups as needed.


• Manages and coordinates the renewal of PGCB and other licensing for Team Members and management as required.


• Maintains accurate and complete records, files, and electronic tracking system to ensure timely and effective compliance according to company policies and procedures and regulatory requirements.


• Keeps management informed while managing, coordinate, enter data, track, and resolve all issues pertaining to Team Member licensing with the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board.


• Assists with creation, review, and timely distribution of PGCB daily, weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports in the required and specified formats.


• Facilitates and manages the accuracy and completion of new hire documents including gaming paperwork, tax forms, I-9s, new hire master files, check-off lists, PGCB and Casino Applications.


• Assists in developing metrics and reports to ensure that license approval timelines are consistently being met.


• Performs routine coordination of filing regulatory forms and records as required.


• Administers and delivers results for all employment related drug tests.


• Maintains confidentiality and ethical requirements according to the Team Member Handbook.


• Serves as a backup to the HRIS Specialist and assists with the preparation of various property reports.


• Responsible for SlotsLink management and input for licensing.


• Performs all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years of age or older.


• Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of two years of progressive experience in a related field preferred.


• Experience with HRIS and applicant tracking systems.


• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.


• Must be able to work with high volumes of confidential information in a professional manner.


• Must be detailed oriented with excellent organizational skills.


• Computer skills required include database, spreadsheet, word processing, and presentation software.


• Ability to obtain and maintain all necessary licensing.

Physical and Mental Demands:

• Regularly required to see, talk, and hear; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms.


• Must occasionally lift up to 10 pounds.


• Able to work with others while maintaining a positive and courteous demeanor.
