Specialty Clinic Lead Nurse Full-Time (36+ hours/week) M-F

Clay County Medical Center is seeking an experienced Specialty Clinic Lead Nurse to join our Outpatient Services team. This role delivers high-quality nursing care, supports clinic operations, and ensures efficient day-to-day oversight. Responsibilities include managing provider schedules, coordinating care for multiple specialties, and leading daily clinic functions to ensure excellent patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

· Provide direct patient care, assessments, and education

· Prepare documentation and support for specialty clinics

· Coordinate appointments and communicate with care teams

· Maintain equipment, documentation, and patient safety

· Manage clinic/provider schedules

· Support compliance, quality assurance, and performance metrics

Qualifications:

· RN license (Kansas or compact state), CPR certified

· Nursing degree from accredited program

· Outpatient or specialty clinic experience preferred

Physical & General Requirements:

· Ability to perform physical tasks during 8–12 hour shifts

· Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills

· Commitment to ongoing training and team collaboration
