We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our foot and ankle clinic team. This is an excellent opportunity for nurses who are passionate about patient-centered care and interested in building or expanding their experience in orthopedic and podiatric health.
In this role, you will support providers in assessing and triaging patient needs, assisting with treatment plans, and coordinating care for patients with a wide range of foot and ankle conditions. You will also provide patient and family education, helping individuals better understand their diagnoses, treatment options, and recovery plans.
You’ll work closely with physicians and clinical staff in a collaborative, fast-paced outpatient setting focused on restoring mobility, improving function, and enhancing quality of life for our patients.

• Evaluate incoming patient phone calls and messages to determine urgency of symptoms and appropriate next steps for foot and ankle conditions.
• Provide telephone triage and guide patients to the appropriate level of care or follow-up, including urgent orthopedic concerns.
• Assist in coordinating urgent and routine care for patients with acute and chronic foot and ankle injuries or conditions (e.g., fractures, sprains, post-operative concerns, infections).
• Communicate effectively with foot and ankle surgeons, providers, and clinical team members to ensure timely, coordinated patient care.
• Educate patients and caregivers on diagnoses, treatment plans, post-operative care, and rehabilitation strategies to support optimal recovery.
• Provide ongoing patient support and resources tailored to individual recovery needs and mobility goals.
• Accurately document all patient interactions, assessments, and care plans in the electronic health record (EHR).
• Track patient outcomes and coordinate follow-up appointments to ensure continuity of care and optimal healing progress.
