Position Overview: 
We are seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. You will work at your assigned location every day, ensuring consistent compensation regardless of patient cancellations or indirect administrative time.

Compensation: 

• $72,000 - $89,000, based on skills, certification, and experience 

• Bilingual pay differential possible for those who qualify 

Work Schedule: 

• Full-time: A balanced 4-day work week with 10-hour shifts (Mon – Thurs 7AM – 6PM with 1-hour lunch) 

• Paid documentation time included in the schedule 

• Center - based environment 

• No weekends 

• No Travel 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Conduct evaluations for clients 

• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans 

• Maintain accurate electronic records and documentation related to therapy sessions 

• Oversee SLPAs and clinical fellows as needed 

Qualifications: 

• Currently have Speech Therapist License for your Clinical Fellowship Year or a license with your CCCs (or eligible to be licensed in the state of Arizona) 

• Passed AZ required National Board of Speech Therapists exam 

• Valid and current driver’s license 

• Level One IVP Fingerprint card (or eligibility to apply) 

• Able to pass a background check 

• Experience working with children, particularly those with developmental needs 

• Strong teamwork and communication skills 

• High energy level and physical ability to engage in activities such as running, sitting, standing, twirling, dancing, and lifting up to 50 pounds for over 75% of the work day
