About the Role
Hello, Speech Language Pathologists! Ampersand Therapy is hiring a full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a K–12 school setting in Chattanooga, Tennessee. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in student success by conducting evaluations, supporting IEP development, and collaborating with school teams. This is a great fit for both experienced school-based SLPs and those transitioning into schools.

What You’ll Do

• Provide school-based SLP services: evaluations, treatment, and consultation
• Conduct standardized assessments and write evaluation reports
• Develop and implement IEP goals aligned with student needs
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Support students’ communication skills development
• Partner with teachers, SPED staff, and families to promote carryover
• Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records
• Adapt materials and environments to improve student access

What We’re Looking For

• Active (or eligible) Tennessee SLP license
• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• School-based experience preferred, not required
