Job Summary and Responsibilities






As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you'll join our compassionate team dedicated to improving the health and well-being of those we serve. You will evaluate and provide therapeutic care for patients experiencing a range of communication and swallowing challenges, including speech, language, voice, fluency, cognitive, auditory, and/or swallowing disorders and delays. Your work will directly reflect our commitment to making God's healing presence known in our world by empowering patients to regain vital skills and enhance their quality of life.

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose speech, language, voice, fluency, cognitive, auditory, and/or swallowing disorders and delays.
  • Develop and implement individualized, patient-centered treatment plans.
  • Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to address identified communication and swallowing needs.
  • Collaborate with patients, families, and multidisciplinary healthcare team members to optimize outcomes and support holistic care.
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records in alignment with our commitment to integrity and excellent care.








Job Requirements






Required of All Staff:

  • Master’s Degree Speech-Language Pathology
  • License - Washington State as Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Certification - ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence within 1 year
  • Certification - CPR

Additional knowledge and skill requirements: excellent written and verbal communication skills; and excellent clinical judgment.
