Compensation: Competitive, with growth opportunities and incentives | Base: $88,000 – $91,000 DOE + performance bonuses


Qualifications



  • Active SLP license in Maryland (or ability to obtain before starting)

  • Passion for working with children and families through play-based, family-centered care

  • Strong clinical instincts and a commitment to growth and excellence

  • Experience (or interest) in teletherapy, feeding therapy, or social skills development a plus

  • Collaborative mindset for working with OTs, BCBAs, and a multidisciplinary team
