Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Full-Time

What You'll Do

Premier Therapy is hiring a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in Struthers, OH to help residents strengthen communication and swallowing so they can connect, participate, and thrive. In this role, you'll evaluate needs, create individualized plans of care, deliver evidence-based treatment, and document services clearly and on time. You'll also collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families, and support safe, consistent carryover across the day.

Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited SLP program
- Current state licensure (or eligibility) and required credentials
- Strong clinical judgment, documentation skills, and patient-centered communication
- Comfort working in a nursing/senior care setting
