Position Title: Sports Program Lead
Reports to: Sports Director
Department: Youth & Sports Programs
Classification: Part-Time, Non-Exempt
Compensation: $15.00-$17.00/hour
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Sports Program Lead is responsible for planning, organizing, and supervising youth and adult sports programs at the YMCA. This role ensures that leagues, clinics, camps, and special events are delivered in a safe, engaging, and high-quality environment that aligns with the YMCA's mission and values.
The Sports Program Lead works closely with staff, volunteers, coaches, officials, participants, and community partners to create positive recreational and competitive experiences for all participants.
