Sportsbook Supervisor -FT

• Supervise daily Sportsbook operations during assigned shifts. 


• Provide leadership, coaching, and guidance to Sportsbook team members.


• 
  

  Monitor wagering activity and identify irregularities or potential compliance concerns.

  
  


• 
  

  Resolve guest issues and escalated concerns in a professional and timely manner.

  
  


• Supervise cashiers to ensure accuracy when issuing and redeeming betting slips for guests while providing gaming information and abiding by all gaming regulations and requirements.


• Ensure that all employees perform services and transactions in accordance with company policies and all applicable laws and regulations.


• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.


• Previous Sportsbook supervisory experience required.


• Working knowledge of computers, including Microsoft Excel.


• Strong guest service skills and conflict resolution abilities.


• High attention to detail and accuracy.


• Ability to sit and stand for extended periods at a time.


• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced gaming environment with frequent guest interaction.
