Sprayer III - 2nd Shift

Crystal Cabinet Works is seeking a Sprayer III to join our team in Princeton, MN!

Schedule & Pay:

1st Shift: Monday-Thursday 3:15 AM - 1:30 AM; Friday & Saturday OT required as needed

 Salary Grade F

$24.25 - $28.70

Additional $1.00 Paint Pay

Job Summary: 

The Sprayer III is responsible for performing a wide variety of complex spray applied finishes.

Job Duties: 

• Performs spray booth and spray gun maintenance for daily operations.


• Receives jobs in order of schedule and prioritizes work.


• Sprays frames, cabinets, and surfaces with primers, sealers, topcoats, enamels, toners, and spray stains.


• Inspects all work to assure that quality standards are being maintained.


• Maintains a working knowledge of all paints, stains, and topcoats.


• Maintains a working knowledge of the various wood species and can differentiate between them.


• Makes fundamental mathematic calculations and reads measurement devices, i.e. tape measure, etc.


• Maintains the work area in a clean, safe and orderly fashion.


• Performs other Paint Department jobs as needed.
