A market leader in commercial fire protection is seeking an experienced Sprinkler Inspection, Testing & Maintenance (ITM) Sales Representative to support the continued growth of its service operations. This is an outstanding opportunity for a motivated sales professional who understands the fire protection industry and enjoys building long-term customer relationships while helping clients maintain compliance and protect their facilities.

We are looking for a driven, customer-focused professional with a strong reputation in the fire protection industry, a stable work history, and a proven ability to generate new business while expanding existing accounts. The ideal candidate is someone who understands the value of recurring service relationships and can effectively communicate the importance of inspections, testing, maintenance, and code compliance to facility owners, property managers, and contractors.

This organization continues to experience significant growth and is seeking a sales professional who can identify opportunities, develop strategic partnerships, and serve as a trusted advisor to customers throughout the lifecycle of their fire protection systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities focused on sprinkler inspections, testing, maintenance, deficiencies, and service agreements
• Grow and manage existing customer relationships through exceptional service and account management
• Generate proposals and present solutions for NFPA-required inspection, testing, and maintenance services
• Identify and pursue deficiency repair, upgrade, retrofit, and recurring service opportunities
• Collaborate closely with operations, service managers, technicians, and project teams to ensure customer satisfaction
• Conduct customer site visits and perform account reviews to identify additional service needs
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and consistently achieve revenue and growth objectives
• Serve as a trusted resource regarding sprinkler system compliance, inspections, and maintenance requirements

Ideal Qualifications

• Experience selling sprinkler inspections, testing, maintenance, service, or fire protection solutions
• Strong understanding of sprinkler systems, NFPA requirements, inspection reports, and deficiency-driven sales
• Proven track record of developing new business and growing existing accounts
• Established network of relationships with property managers, facility managers, general contractors, or building owners is highly desirable
• Demonstrated career stability and professional growth with previous employers
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management abilities
• High integrity, strong moral character, and a customer-first approach
