You will identify opportunities, develop strategic account plans, and collaborate across teams to align offerings with client needs. You will analyze market trends, communicate value propositions, and ensure a high level of client satisfaction while achieving revenue targets.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\n * Manage a portfolio of client accounts while driving growth and retention strategies.\n\n * Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with client needs and organizational goals.\n\n * Identify new business opportunities and expand existing client relationships.\n\n * Lead client meetings, present solutions, and communicate value propositions.\n\n * Collaborate with internal teams to align offerings and support client success.\n\n * Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to inform sales strategy.\n\n * Negotiate contracts, close agreements, and track sales performance through accurate pipeline reporting.\n\n * Ensure client satisfaction through proactive communication, issue resolution, and continuous process improvement.\n\n\n\n\nQualifications:\n\n * Relevant degree preferred.\n\n * 5 or more years of experience in healthcare insurance services or other relevant field required.\n\n * Must carry an active healthcare insurance license in good standing, with property and casualty included for your resident state.\n\n * Experience with Zywave Agency Management System highly preferred.\n\n * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.\n\n * Willingness to travel.\n\n\n\n\nEstimated Hiring Range:\n\nAt Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $88,900.00 to $155,500.00.\n\nThis position is also incentive eligible.\n\nVizient has a comprehensive benefits plan!
