This role is an integral part of the in-house creative team. The Sr. Creator is an expert in AI assisted content creation and scaling across US creative workflows , as well as being a visual creator with 8+ years of experience in design, photography, and content creation. They bring a refined aesthetic eye, strong brand-building instincts, and the ability to originate high-quality creative ideas across channels.

Accountabilities:

• Concept origination for brand, social, and shopper marketing


• Create photography, design, video, animation


• Use AI to enhance ideation and efficiency


• Collaborate across creative and brand teams


• Build original concepts grounded in visual craft — photography, design, video, motion, and emerging media


• Translate strategy into highly aesthetic, brand-building creative

Qualifications, Education, Experience 

• Bachelor's Degree & 8+ years of professional experience at an agency or in-house creative team


• Expertise in AI tools, such as Copilot and video/audio tools

Skills Needed To Be Successful:

• Adobe Creative Suite + Video, Animation and After Effects skills


• Proven ability to think creatively, stay organized, and collaborate with others

Compensation:

Compensation offered to prospective Team Members has taken internal equity into consideration and can vary depending on a positions’ location. The final agreed upon wage may vary based on the job-related knowledge, skills, and experience of the individual.

• Competitive annual salary $106,000 - $133,000 in Chicago, IL
