The Commercial team is essential to Tropicana Brand Group’s success by driving revenue growth, acquiring and retaining customers, and providing valuable market insights. Working closely with other departments to align sales strategies with business goals, help shape pricing and product development and keep the company competitive and responsive to market shifts. By building strong customer relationships, maximizing profitability, and identifying new opportunities for growth, the team contributes to both short-term and long-term success.

Your Next Pour: The Opportunity

We are looking to add a Senior Analyst to our Revenue Growth Management (RGM) team. This role will be responsible for evaluating the effectiveness of trade promotions and pricing actions, translating data into actionable, forward-looking recommendations that sharpen promotional strategy and protect margin. The Senior Analyst will partner closely with Sales, Finance, and Category teams to build the analytical foundation for smarter trade investment and portfolio decisions. Tropicana is looking for a critical thinker with exceptional communication, influencing and relationship management skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include:

• Conduct post promotion analysis, including ROI, incrementality, and cannibalization across customers, channels, and events to assess trade effectiveness


• Translate post promotion findings into clear, actionable insights for Sales and Category leadership on what promotional tactics are working and why


• Maintain trade spend tracking and budget reconciliation files, ensuring accurate accrual, deduction, and spend-to-plan visibility across customers


• Partner with Finance and Sales to resolve trade spend discrepancies and keep budget reconciliation current and audit ready


• Build recommendations for optimal promotion depth and frequency by channel and customer, balancing volume lift, margin impact, and competitive positioning


• Evaluate historical promotional patterns to identify over and under promoted items, customers, and channels, and recommend adjustments


• Support mix and portfolio analysis for revenue growth initiatives, identifying opportunities to shift volume toward higher margin products and pack sizes


• Analyze price pack architecture and channel mix to inform broader RGM strategy and portfolio decisions


• Maintain trade and promotion dashboards and scorecards for leadership reporting, ensuring data accuracy and timely delivery of key performance metrics


• Continuously improve reporting tools and processes (e.g., Power BI, TPM platforms, Excel) to streamline analysis and reduce manual effort


• Partner cross functionally with Sales, Finance, and Category teams to align on promotional calendars, pricing actions, and revenue growth priorities


• Support ad hoc analyses and business reviews with data driven recommendations on pricing, promotion, and mix strategy

Foundational Ingredients: Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business or Finance OR Minimum 4 years of CPG experience


• Strong analytical and Excel skills, with experience in syndicated data (e.g., Nielsen, IRI/Circana), TPM platforms, or Power BI preferred


• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship now or in the future


• Must be located in Chicago, IL surrounding area or willing to relocate for the duration of employment.


• Willingness to adapt and thrive in a blended work environment with 3-days in office, seamlessly transitioning between remote work and in-office operations


• Travel up to 10%

Salary Range for this position is $70,000-$96,000
