•    Professional level communication skills including both written and verbal with the ability to effectively speak in a public forum.
•    Ability to analyze information and/or situations and make decisions to resolve problems using experience and professional judgment.
•    Ability to work with frequent and multiple policy, procedure, and regulation changes.
•    Creative problem solving skills with forethought of organizational goals and needs.
•    Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines while adjusting to and implementing numerous policy and procedural changes.
 
Minimum Education:
•    4 Year degree in Information Technologies or related field. Equivalent work experience will be considered.
•    Prior development of insurance related systems preferred.
