Hercules Materials Holdings is an industry leading, privately owned Concrete / Ready Mix supplier in metro Detroit. We pride ourselves on producing the highest quality concrete for our customers with a strong emphasis on customer services. We are looking for a motivated individual interested in an entry level opportunity as an Office Coordinator at our corporate office in Warren, MI.

Must be able to work 7:00am - 5:00pm Monday through Friday

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

• 1-2 years in tire industry preferred but not required
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent written/verbal communication skills
• Moderate proficiency with office-based software
• Associate’s degree preferred but not required

Duties Include, but not limited:

• Customer service – direct customer liaison ensuring customer process compliance
• Billing of customers’ orders, and tracking work orders
• General administrative duties
• Provide administrative support pertaining to our concrete plant operations, as well as our materials hauling operations
