• Team Building: Building and leading high-performing teams of professionals, including project managers, consultants, and technical experts.
• Talent Development: Identifying and nurturing talent within the organization, providing mentorship and training to enhance skills and capabilities.
• Resource Allocation: Efficiently allocating resources to projects based on skills, expertise, and project requirements.
• Client Engagement: Cultivating strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring that the services delivered align with their objectives.
• Client Satisfaction: Monitoring client satisfaction through feedback mechanisms and implementing improvements based on feedback.
• Business Strategy: Collaborating with executive leadership to develop and execute the company’s overall business strategy, focusing on professional services.
• Service Expansion: Identifying opportunities to expand service offerings, enter new markets, or enhance existing services to meet changing client needs

• Required Clearance: TS/SCI with polygraph
• 10+ years experience in infrastructure and operations support
• 5+ years experience in a customer-facing role
• 7+ years’ service leadership experience (supervisory experience)
• Strong project management, budgeting, and overall P&L skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience running multiple large multi-million dollar programs successfully
• Experience with and/or working familiarity with the USG procurement processes
• 10+ years of experience supporting the US Intelligence Community
• The ability and willingness to effectively communicate with all levels of Sayari and Customer management, up to and including Executive Leadership Teams
• Familiarity with open source data, entity resolution concepts, deploying
