Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years progressive experience in building construction industry
• Ability to analyze and troubleshoot system designs.
• Experience in team leadership and managing and mentoring junior staff.
• Understanding of regulatory and code requirements.
• Strong decision management and conflict resolution skills.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license

Education:

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience
