Sr. Javascript Engineer

A high profile international retail client of ours is looking for a Sr. Software Engineer for JavaScript development on their Store Digital team. The store digital team develops mobile apps (iOS / JavaScript hybrid apps) for deployment in stores, which communicate with back-end systems for various functions. This role will be responsible front-end development in JavaScript, and some iOS development. This is a well compensated contract position (12-18 months) with the opportunity to extend or convert to full time.

- Extensive experience with technical design, hands-on development, unit testing and delivery to production of solutions using JavaScript. (6+ years of JavaScript experience)

- Strongly prefer experience developing hybrid iOS / PhoneGap apps.

- Excellent written and spoken communications

- Ability to work in a dynamic team environment, with a mix of local and remote resources
