What You’ll Get to Do

The Sr. Loader team member is focused on shipping and receiving product and reports to the Production Manager

This role is perfect for an individual who is self-motivated, pays attention to detail, and provides excellent customer service.  A vital member of the Shipping Department, this is an opportunity to build a career with an industry leader.

Job responsibilities include:

• Ensure all shipments are confirmed when loaded


• Examine contents and compare with records, or orders, to verify accuracy of outgoing shipment


• Prepare documents, such as work orders, and shipping orders


• Record shipment data, such as weight, charges, space availability, and damages and discrepancies, for reporting, accounting, and recordkeeping purposes


• Lead and direct shipping/receiving team through receiving, order pulling and inventory tasks


• Experience receiving and verifying materials 

 What We Are Looking For

• High School Diploma or GED, preferred


• 2-4 years of previous shipping/receiving work experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or production facility, required


• Basic computer familiarity


• Ability to use and understand computerized tracking systems, delivery receipts, and production labels 


• Ability to work in a team environment and be courteous to others
