They manage our company\u0027s financials and relationships with our investor community to ensure we have the strong financial foundation to fuel innovation and growth.\n\n \n\n## The impact you\u2019ll make\n\nIn this role, you\u2019ll lead a global team and help shape how Lam delivers consolidated financial reporting. You\u2019ll balance day-to-day close leadership with continuous improvement \u2014 building scalable processes, supporting strong controls, and partnering with teams across the company to solve problems and drive alignment. You\u2019ll also play a key role in implementing and optimizing systems and tools that enable accurate, efficient consolidation and reporting. \n \n\n\n## What you\u2019ll do\n\nOur consolidations team supports reporting under both US GAAP and IFRS. In addition to close execution, you may also lead or contribute to work such as:\n\n * Support acquisitions, legal-entity restructurings, and other projects that help the business scale.\n * Work with Legal and Tax to maintain intercompany transaction policies and support documentation as the business evolves.\n * Review intercompany activity and related accounting to help ensure consistency and compliance.\n * Own key close controls and help strengthen our internal control environment.\n * Spot opportunities to simplify, automate, and standardize consolidation and reporting processes.\n * Partner with external auditors and internal stakeholders to support quarterly reviews and the annual audit.\n * Partner with the global leadership team on key initiatives and help ensure accurate consolidated results under both US GAAP and IFRS.\n * Provide oversight of the Internal Control Checklist processes.\n * Coordinate reporting activities across global organizations.\n\n\n\n## What you\u0027ll do, con\u0027t\n\n * Maintain and enhance intercompany transaction policies and documentation in partnership with Legal and Tax, as business needs evolve.\n * Monitor the execution and review the accounting for intercompany transactions.\n * Support special projects that enable growth and profitability initiatives.\n * Partner with Treasury by providing foreign-exchange analysis and insights that support hedging effectiveness.\n * Oversee analysis related to currency translation within the ERP consolidation module.\n * Serve as process owner for the Blackline Reconciliation Tool.\n * Lead a global team with personnel in the United States and Malaysia, supported by an extended contract team in India.\n * Oversee the preparation and distribution of monthly closing schedules.\n * Help standardize reporting practices and ways of working across regions to improve consistency and transparency.\n * Identify process improvements and automation opportunities across reporting and consolidations.\n\n\n\n## Who we\u2019re looking for\n\n * Bachelor\u2019s degree in business, finance, accounting, or a related field.\n * 10+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience, including leadership experience in a large public company (technology industry experience is a plus).\n * CPA preferred.\n * Significant experience with SAP ERP system.\n * Understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) related to consolidated financial statements, with experience in foreign currency analysis.\n * Ability to deliver time-sensitive analyses in a fast-paced environment.\n * Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accurate, high-quality work.\n\n\n\n## Preferred qualifications\n\n * Comfortable working independently, prioritizing effectively, and meeting deadlines.\n * Ability to lead and influence people across a global organization.\n * Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain issues and opportunities to audiences at all levels.\n * Experienced working in a cross-departmental team environment.\n * Exceptional information-seeking skills and drive to make things happen.\n * Demonstrated ability to understand underlying concerns, share ideas, and develop effective responses, including escalation to executive leadership as appropriate.\n * Self-motivated, with excellent analytical skills and the drive to use those skills to influence and motivate change.\n * Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships, influence, and drive alignment across a global organization.\n\n\n\n## Our commitment\n\nWe believe it is important for every person to feel valued, included, and empowered to achieve their full potential.
