You\u2019ll guide a growing team, build scalable ways of working, strengthen alignment with Field Sales, and design automation\u2011ready processes that enable AI to elevate productivity. This is a chance to lead with vision and influence the next chapter of inside sales.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\n * Lead, coach, and develop a high\u2011performing SDR team through 1:1s, skills coaching, and growth plans\n * Standardize inside sales processes and drive consistent adoption to meet pipeline goals\n * Design automation\u2011ready workflows and partner across teams to identify and scale AI use cases\n * Strengthen Field Sales alignment through clear ownership rules, handoff criteria, and communication paths\n * Use data to track performance, diagnose trends, and recommend improvements\n\n\n\nMinimum Qualifications:\n\n * 10+ years of experience in sales, business development, operations, or related fields\n * 3+ years leading sales teams with proven capability building and results\n * Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business, Economics, Operations, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience\n * Experience influencing across matrixed teams and driving cross\u2011functional alignment\n * Experience in the semiconductor or high\u2011tech manufacturing industry\n * Ability to design standardized, automation\u2011ready workflows with an AI\u2011first mindset\n * Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills\n\n\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\n\n * Master\u2019s degree or MBA\n * Experience implementing AI\u2011enabled sales workflows and driving measurable adoption\n * Experience building operating models and cross\u2011functional cadences for scaling programs\n * Lean, Six Sigma, or similar process improvement experience\n * Knowledge of supply chain, demand planning, or order fulfillment\n * Experience in strategic account planning for complex enterprise accounts\n\n\n\nJob Profile(s):\n\nInside Sales Manager M2\n\nRelocation Level: TBD\n\nBefore Getting Started \nPlease review Micron\u2019s Internal Job Application Policy on your regional PeopleNow Career Opportunities page before searching and applying for jobs.
