We help Lam deliver industry-leading solutions with speed and efficiency, while actively supporting the resilient and profitable growth of Lam\u0027s business.\n\n \n\n## The impact you\u2019ll make\n\nAs a Sr Mgr within Lam\u2019s Global Supply Chain Management organization, you will serve as the Supply Chain Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for an assigned Product Group. The position requires a strategic, results-driven leader capable of driving alignment, execution, and transformation across matrixed teams.\n\n## What you\u2019ll do\n\n### Strategic Partnership \u0026 Representation\n\n * Primary liaison between Product Group and Supply Chain, ensuring aligned priorities and rapid execution.\n * Represent Supply Chain in Product Group forums and Product Group interests within Supply Chain.\n * Report into Supply Chain leadership with strategic direction and performance input from Product Group leadership.\n\n\n\n### Program \u0026 Resource Alignment\n\n * Align cross\u2011functional resources to support Product Group objectives and partner needs.\n * Prioritize initiatives, set performance targets, and drive execution.\n * Enable executive collaboration and joint decision\u2011making.\n\n\n\n### Operational Execution \u0026 Escalation\n\n * Lead execution of Product Group supply chain strategies with clear accountability.\n * Single point of contact for Global Supplier Management on sourcing escalations and cost roadmaps.\n * Translate market strategies into actionable supply chain requirements.\n\n\n\n### Business Requirements \u0026 Insight\n\n * Convert business requirements into supply chain deliverables that maximize customer value.\n * Maintain strategic view of product demand and lifecycle patterns.\n * Own integrated alignment of strategies, goals, and milestones.\n\n\n\n### Leadership \u0026 Culture\n\n * Lead and develop the global supply chain organization.\n * Drive continuous improvement and change.\n\n\n\n## Who we\u2019re looking for\n\n * Bachelor\u2019s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Engineering, or Business; MBA preferred.\n * 15+ years of leadership experience in supply chain or operations, with deep expertise in logistics, planning, and execution.\n * Proven success in executive-level stakeholder engagement and cross-functional team leadership.\n * Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments with a track record of delivering results.\n * Familiarity with Lam technologies and new product introduction processes is a plus.\n * Domestic travel may be required up to 25%.\n\n\n\nOur Perks and Benefits\n\n \n \nAt Lam, our people make amazing things possible.
