Sr Offering Manager

As a Senior Business Manager - HVAC here at Solstice, you will play a crucial role in driving the HVAC business vertical for our stationary refrigerants business. You will be responsible for developing and executing go-to-market strategies to drive growth and profitability in the global HVAC market. Your strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams will be essential in delivering successful outcomes for Solstice's Fluorine Products (Stationary) business.

You will report directly to our Senior Director, Market Verticals and you'll work out of our Houston, TX location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact strategic leadership, revenue growth, innovation, customer satisfaction, competitive advantage, resource allocation, risk management, and cost-efficiency in the HVAC market.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and execute Long-term agreements/contracts (LTAs) to drive growth and profitability across residential & light commercial HVAC
• Own business development and commercial pipeline, in close collaboration with sales
• Define and prioritize market opportunities and customer needs in the HVAC industry
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new offerings; lead NPI process
• Collaborate with key stakeholders, OEMs and end users to drive growth of new and existing offerings 
• Manage the offering lifecycle, including pricing, positioning, and go-to-market strategies for products
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and market trends 
• Drive profitability and growth through effective pricing and revenue optimization strategies 
• Provide leadership and guidance to the global offering management team with matrix reports
   

YOU MUST HAVE

• Minimum of 10 years of experience 
• Prior experience in offering management/product marketing
• Prior experience in customer facing roles, preferably sales 
• Prior experience in HVAC industry 
• Willingness and ability to travel (up to 50%, flexible to define schedule)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent strategic thinking and decision-making abilities
• Proven track record of successfully developing and launching offerings
• Ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

COMPENSATION

The annual base salary range for this position is $185,060 - $240,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Solstice considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.

This position is incentive plan eligible.
