Continued employment thereafter will be subject to maintenance of the level of clearance and program access required for the position in the future.\n\nJob responsibilities of the Principal Configuration Analyst - Level 3 include, but are not limited to, the following:\n\nIdentification\n\n-Assign and control program hardware/software data identification control numbers per program \u0026 Functional Home Room (FHR) mandates\n\n-Enforce \u0026 assign part \u0026 serial number requirements\n\nChange Management\n\n-Perform Technical Review Board and Configuration Control Board activities\n\n-Establish agendas, publish minutes \u0026 track meeting actions\n\n-Process change packages through lifecycle include disposition \u0026 documentation/hardware implementation\n\n-Perform program data release functions via Product Lifecycle Mgmt. tools\n\nConfiguration Status Accounting \n\n-Development \u0026 maintain various CDM reports for program support. Examples: Configured Item Identification List, Engineering Change Request status, CDM performance metrics\n\nVerification \u0026 Audits\n\n-Support internal program CDM audits against program SOW \u0026 Functional Command Media mandates\n\n-Provide aid to Functional Configuration Audits \u0026 perform Physical Configuration Audit\n\n-Document Management for deliverable CDRLs and non-CDRL documents\n\nBasic Qualifications for Sr. Principal Configuration Analyst - Level 4:\n\n-12+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a Bachelor\u0027s degree OR\n\n-Bachelor\u0027s degree with 8+ years of relevant experience OR\n\n-Master\u0027s degree with 6+ years of relevant experience OR\n\n-PhD with 4+ year(s) of relevant experience\n\n-Domain knowledge of Configuration Mgmt. standards such as MIL-HDBK-61A \u0026/or EIA-649B \u0026/or EIA-649-1\n\n-Candidate must have the ability to obtain and maintain a US Govt. DOD Secret clearance or above along with active SCI access within a reasonable period of time as determined by the company. Continued employment thereafter will be subject to the candidate\u2019s maintenance of the level of clearance and program access required for the position in the future.\n\nPreferred Qualifications: \n\n-Large-scale cross functional project team experience\n\n-Experience using TeamCenter, CPLM PLM tool, and Enovia\n\n-Active SCI access with a Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI) completed within the last 5 years, at time of application, and prior to start date OR\n\n-Active DOD Secret security clearance or above with a Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI) completed within the last 5 years, at time of application, and prior to start date as well as the ability to obtain and maintain active SCI access within a reasonable period of time as determined by the company. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
