With Northrop Grumman, you\u2019ll have the opportunity to be an essential part of projects that will define your career, now and in the future.\n\nNorthrop Grumman Defense Systems sector is seeking a Level 4 Program Cost and Schedule Control Analyst to support the Mission Works Group as part of the GC2S Business Unit within our Business Management organization on-site in Huntsville, Alabama.\n\nThe Level 4 Program Cost Schedule \u0026 Control Analyst will interact with various operating units, business area, and division staff to solve reporting program issues and meet reporting requirements. In addition, the Analyst will interface with program managers, functional management, control account managers (CAMS) and business managers to provide financial support and analysis.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\n * Sets up the cost control system and monitors and controls costs on Various IR\u0026D Efforts\n\n * Preparation and processing of Journal Entries\n\n * Prepare and submit timely and accurate Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs)\n\n * Prepare, review, and analyze program performance measurement and cost variances\n\n * Supports program cost estimate development, customer proposals, and negotiation\n\n * Track and manage program billings and cash collections\n\n\n\n\nBasic Qualifications Program Cost and Schedule Control Analyst (Level 4):\n\n * Bachelor\u0027s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related discipline with a minimum of 8 years of business, finance, and/or program control experience OR Master\u2019s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related discipline with 6 years of related experience; Must have 12 years of business, finance, and/ or program control experience in lieu of degree\n\n * Strong computer skills with high-level Excel skills, specifically the ability to work with pivot tables, lookup functions, and conditional formatting\n\n * Must be able to work on-site at location (Huntsville, AL)\n\n * Must be able to travel as required (up to 10% of the time)\n\n * Must have or be able to obtain and maintain an Active U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) Secret security clearance\n\n\n\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\n\n * Experience with IR\u0026Ds and OTA Contracts\n\n * Defense Industry Experience\n\n * Demonstrated ability to prepare and analyze data and figures\n\n * Experience with Deltek Cobra and/or SAP (or similar business systems)\n\n * Prior program cost control experience\n\n * Active DoD Secret security clearance\n\n\n\n\nPrimary Level Salary Range: $112,200.00 - $168,200.00\n\nThe above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate\u0027s experience, education, skills and current market conditions.\n\nDepending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
