You will collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to optimize program performance, enhance engagement, and support revenue growth. You will contribute to program operations, training, and continuous improvement efforts while leveraging insights to strengthen program outcomes.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\n * Manage program structures, processes, and procedures to achieve defined objectives.\n\n * Develop and deliver promotional materials and training for internal and external stakeholders.\n\n * Support contracting teams to drive contract utilization and onboard clients into programs.\n\n * Identify client and supplier targets through research and outreach to expand program participation.\n\n * Address client and supplier inquiries, issues, and ad hoc requests.\n\n * Coordinate and participate in business reviews with key stakeholders.\n\n * Partner with leadership to support councils or panels that inform program strategies and decisions.\n\n * Establish and track program success metrics and key deliverables.\n\n * Monitor program performance including participation, utilization, and financial outcomes.\n\n * Provide operational support for sales opportunities and communicate program impacts to stakeholders.\n\n\n\n\nQualifications:\n\n * Relevant degree preferred.\n\n * 5 or more years of relevant experience required.\n\n * Experience in healthcare supply chain, sourcing, or project / program management preferred.\n\n * Experience working in a client-facing or stakeholder-facing environment.\n\n * Strong contract adherence, negotiation and management experience.\n\n * Effective written and verbal communication abilities.\n\n * Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.\n\n * Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.\n\n * Experience with data analysis or reporting tools preferred.\n\n\n\n\nEstimated Hiring Range:\n\nAt Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $88,900.00 to $155,500.00.\n\nThis position is also incentive eligible.\n\nVizient has a comprehensive benefits plan!
