Sr. Quality Engineer, Assembly & Test, Prime Air

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in quality engineering, design, manufacturing, and assembly of complex products. This role involves driving Design for Excellence initiatives, long -range planning for quality processes, establishing standard work, collaborating with internal and external teams to ensure safe, high -quality, cost -effective products at scale, and assessing process capabilities for optimization. The Senior Quality Engineer will also support the qualification of next -generation drones and work closely with cross -functional teams to identify and control critical inputs in the assembly and testing process. The role requires a master's degree in electrical engineering or a related field, experience with interdisciplinary teams, project management, process design, and Six Sigma Black certification is highly desired.
