Sr. Site Civil PM

A multi-disciplinary engineering and consulting firm specializing in innovative solutions for infrastructure and environmental projects is seeking a Lead Civil Project Manager to help shape impactful civil engineering and site development projects at their Reno office.

Your Day Includes

• Leading multi-disciplinary teams on complex civil/site development projects
• Managing project schedules, budgets, and deliverables
• Preparing design documents, permit applications, and specifications
• Guiding QA/QC reviews and ensuring compliance with local standards
• Building client relationships and supporting proposal development

Must Haves

• PE registration in Nevada (or ability to obtain within 6 months)
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution
• Minimum 8 years of progressive civil engineering experience
• Proven ability to manage projects independently and mentor staff
