$80,000 - 100,000 yearly

Preparation of federal and state and income tax returns and tax provision calculations and analyses; assisting with various tax projects and tax research.
Key Responsibilities: Preparation and review of federal income tax returns, including international forms, estimated income tax payments and extension filings. Preparation of state income tax returns. Preparation of the tax provision and related disclosures for the consolidated year-end and quarterly financial statements. Assist with compliance and documentation in connection with Sarbanes-Oxley. Assist with federal and state income tax examinations. Participate in tax research and assist with tax planning related to special projects and business transactions.
Desired Experience
Qualifications: 2 to 5 years in general corporate income tax and accounting environment 1 to 3 years of public accounting experience preferred Experience in federal and state income tax compliance Knowledge of ASC 740 and GAAP is preferred Proficient with tax preparation software (Corptax or OneSource) Undergraduate accounting degree required CPA or CPA candidate is preferred Strong verbal and written communications skills Ability to work independently under conflicting priorities and tight deadlines
